Here are a few fall-winter campaigns from the latest French Vogue. (Don’t you just love September issues?) Some may be new to you, others may just be new to Fashion Gone Rogue. Either way, it’s a treat for us all.

“BB” is quite an interesting title for an editorial, and based off visual evidence to the like, it appears to be an acronym for blonde bombshell and 1960s movie star, Brigitte Bardot. Befittingly so, there is something Bardot-esque about model Natasha Poly as she exudes pure sex appeal in the latest French Vogue. Photographed by Mario Sorrenti and styled by Emmanuelle Alt in short frocks, Natasha is one proud blonde.
It seems like French Vogue‘s September issue is all about playing dress up. From Lara Stone’s brunette transformation to Raquel Zimmermann’s Deborah Harry impersonation, there are surprises around every corner. In a tribute to Liza Minnelli, or better yet, in a tribute to a role which Liza played (Lucille Austero from the television show Arrested Development)–editor-in-chief Carine Roitfeld impresses yet again with “Put On A Happy Face”. The lengthy layout stars Sasha Pivovarova and was shot by the legendary Bruce Weber.

Raquel Zimmermann takes on the role of Blondie’s lead singer and modern day fashion icon, Debbie Harry, for Vogue Paris September. Zimmermann makes a believable front-woman as she rocks out in front of Alasdair McLellan’s lens. Stylist Jane How fuses ‘street’ and ‘chic’ in order to bring a 1980s style into the present.
