Paolo Roversi’s work appears nearly unrecognizable for the latest installment of Pop. The well-known photographer moves away from his usual nineteenth century influence in favor of something a bit more modern. Entitled, “Spent!”, the colorful spread is styled by Vanessa Reid and depicts models Jessica Stam and Lily Cole in bundles of clothing.
Fashion director of i-D, Edward Enninful, draws inspiration from the 1990s and a dark color palette for September’s “Thriller”. The layout accompanies the highly anticipated cover, which features Arlenis Sosa, Chanel Iman, Jourdan Dunn and Sessilee Lopez. Photographed by Emma Summerton, “Thriller” is certainly an enthralling story that manages to highlight each of the four girls at their best.
