Vogue Australia September 2009 – Cate Blanchett by David Downton

Australian actress, Cate Blanchett, graces four covers for Vogue Australia’s 50th anniversary issue. Instead of being photographed for this special issue, however, Vogue enlisted the help of David Downton to capture the Academy Award winner in illustrated form.

  1. I wish that all Vogue covers were like this. It’s so old-school Hollywood glamour and who better to represent that image, than Cate Blanchett. I never buy Australian Vogue as it’s quite mediocre compared to Vogue Russia, UK & Paris. But this month, I just might make the exception!
