Keepin’ it Surreal – New face Laura Kampman gets a solo cover shoot for the February edition of Vogue Italia where photographer Steven Meisel plays with the surreal and real in these enigmatic images. Styled by Karl Templer, Laura dons some of spring’s most standout fashions from the likes of Viktor & Rolf, Givenchy, Roberto Cavalli and Prada with distressed hair by Guido Palau and thick eyeliner by Pat McGrath.
Colorful World – Juju Ivanyuk fronts the Zara TRF spring 2012 campaign wearing colorful prints and patterns for the new season. With windswept hair and natural makeup, Juju poses in front of David Sims’ lens in the striking studio images.
The New Look – The March edition of Elle China marks a relaunch of the publication with the magazine going semi-monthly, giving double the number of issues and fashion. With its new look, Elle enlists the talent of designer Jean Paul Gaultier and Chinese top models Shu Pei and Kiki Kang. Gaultier styled the two girls with his own creations as well as other designers’ pieces. In front of Mark Pillai’s lens, the girls look like retro pin-ups with a rock and roll twist in the form of tattoo sleeves and bold makeup.
Mind the Shape – Jac + Jack enlists Ruby Jean Wilson for an elegantly seductive campaign featuring the label’s fall 2012 collection. Captured by Stephen Ward and styled by Trevor Stones, Ruby Jean wears designer Jac Hunt’s sensuous silhouettes which were inspired by old Hollywood glamour. Bringing a modern edge, the shapes become more sleek and streamlined in a wintry palette of pewter, ash and midnight ink.
Caught Up – Malgosia Bela is a wondrous vision on the spring-summer cover of The Last Magazine. Malgosia poses for Josh Olins’ lens with styling by Alastair McKimm for the latest issue.
In Print – New face Brogan (M+P Models) wears colorful prints and patterns in Amaia Orozco’s sunny portraits. Brogan also shows off tousled locks and smokey eye by beauty artist Maya Lewis.
