  1. Photoshopped to death. There is no resemblance to an actual human being here. Barbies from my childooh look more real.

  4. Daft. With her natural beauty, Cara is one of the Asos models who can sell me practically anything. This is so smoothed out, it could be that aged-looking Alexandria girl from ANTM.

These ads say loud and clear that Burberry doesn’t think their cosmetics are enough to make even gorgeous Cara beautiful, so it’s not exactly a selling point to regular folk.

  6. Yes thats right ‘Person at Burberry who decided to make Cara look like plastic’ humans are protected by an epidermal layer known commonly as ‘ Skin’. We strongly suggest reading the following article which will explain its basic function

  9. Personally, I think the retouch is amazing. I love it. It is indeed smooth, but it is a good textured smooth. I don’t get why everyone gets so damn crazy over photoshopping these days, its so politically correct to be against retouching. And even though people know nothing about it, everyone has an opinion on what is to much. The retouching that also smooths out the skin is also the same thing that gives the image that 3d feel. Obviously Burberrys art direction is somewhat surreal and unobtainably perfect, not average and realistic.
