The Sweet Life – Karolina Kurkova wears a sparkling Dolce & Gabbana bustier for the June cover of Vogue Mexico, shot by Mariano Vivanco. This isn’t Karolina’s first time wearing Dolce on a cover though. The Czech stunner also graced the April issue of Vogue Turkey in a bejeweled piece from the label’s spring collection (photo here).

The Armani Way – Designer Giorgio Armani is profiled in the latest issue of WSJ Magazine as the publication takes an intimate look at his life with a piece one year in the making. One of the biggest names in fashion, Armani has built a multi-billion dollar corporation consisting of fashion labels, beauty brands, home interiors and even hotels. He may not be a critical darling as the article states, but he is certainly one of the most successful designers today. We pulled out some of the feature’s most interesting quotes, but you can read the entire piece on WSJ.com.
“Fashion makes no sense, he says, unless it serves the primary purpose of dressing people. Take for instance, a winter collection made of organza because organza is trendy. ‘Well that’s absurd, because in winter it’s cold and you can’t go around naked.’”

Photographer Greg Kadel captures the model in action as she dissolves into rapturous movements, wearing pieces from Louis Vuitton, Alexander McQueen and Balenciaga selected by stylist Havana Laffitte. Swim Babe – Australian fashion label Seafolly names Namibian beauty Behati Prinsloo the face of its summer 2012 campaign. Behati was shot by David Gubert in L.A’s Desert Springs for the new advertisements.
