Hello all, Fashion Gone Rogue is back up and running thanks to readers’ donations. We reached our goal in less than 24 hours!
For those of you who don’t know, on Sunday the website was taken down without warning by its previous host. They could not handle the stress of the site’s traffic and proceeded to suspend Fashion Gone Rogue without warning. The only choice was to move to a private server, and Fashion Gone Rogue needed your donations in order to so.
From photographers to fashion lovers and other industry professionals, everyone supported the site. To show my gratitude, anyone who sent a donation can expect a special message in the next week or two. A site dedicated to fashion photography may not be seem of great importance to many, but the vast amount of support was overwhelming to say the least. I would also like to take the time to thank those who offered advice on alternative servers and advertising. Even if you were not able to donate money, the messages on Facebook and Twitter were encouraging.
