Elisa Sednaoui Gets Cinematic for Peter Lindbergh in Vogue Italia September 2012

Elisa AloneElisa Sednaoui (d’management group) once again graces the pages of Vogue Italia, this time for the publication’s September issue in a cinematic spread photographed by Peter Lindbergh. Elisa plays the role of a solitary, love lost woman in gorgeous selects chosen by fashion editor Sara Maino which include the designs of Gucci, Celine, Burberry Prorsum and Christopher Kane amongst others.

I love Lindberghs´portraits, but they remind me too much of his previous work :S

Am preferring the B&W ones. More natural. and magical, in true Lindbergh’s style.

I don’t like this style, this transvestite-looking model unsuccessfully pretending not to pose and most photos don’t make sense

I usually love Elisa’s work. She’s undeniable gorgeous and like another person said before, she has a wide range of expressions in front the camera. But in this particular photo shoot, she failed. I guess she tried to express emotion but instead of it, she looks completely bored (and boring). Her attempt to show a kind of tearful face and a rousing expression didn’t work. The weird mix of her pouting and her sexy gaze is a little bit confusing to me.
