    I don't get it. The styling is really dramatic, and in certain parts kind of crazy (and not in the fantastic Marie-Amelie is crazy kinda way). And the wilderness element doesn't really come through with all the posing. like what the hell are they doing in the woods. why is everyone so dirty? why is she reclining and staring off blankly in one shot? Confusing.

        I think this may have been inspired by a Skins episode where a bunch of horny 18 year-olds go and camp in the forest, take some mushrooms and trip out in to this filthy fantasy.

    Wow…you people are funny….and obviously so don't get it. I'm def not always a fan of Meisel's work, but this is what an interesting fashion story should look like..I mean, how many jumping stories, all decked out in camel with a blasting windmachine can you digest?? I for one have to throw up by the idea of having to lay my eyes on yet another US vogue / Sims collaboration…This Meisel stuff is the real deal. Get with it.

      Agreed – it amazes me how people get scared when a fashion shoot moves beyond ridic heels and boring dresses or studded leather and crappy Wang overload. This is a real fashion story that is REALLY reflecting our times,,,

        i'm not sure at all what the "story" is here and how it reflects "our times," but regardless i am still happy to see a change up. i appreciate these more as photographs and not as an editorial. can't say dirty people with wild eyes are getting me in a retail mood.

But it's supposed to be that. This is artistic and interesting, and I'm starting to warm up to the styling, but I'm not really seeing the goal of the editorial. 8 pages of cocktail dress is great this is what I wear on a night out.     Why is the creator of the shoot not even mentioned???
    Please give credit to the STYLIST or the fashion editor too if the others are mentioned. It’s not Meisel or the models who came up with this idea.
