    It’s all beautiful in a historical way, but why can’t we get beyond that? It’s always the same old same old in Italian Vogue. There are so many interesting and incredibly talented new people out there, yet Italian Vogue just continues working non-stop with people that have been in the industry for over 30 years. I’m not saying this story is bad, just that this style of work is getting so tired. Invest some of the budget in new people with fresh ideas please!

      why try and fix something that isn’t broke? yeah, sure, there’s lots of new talent out there, but this editorial is exactly what italian vogue is all about, the luxury, the beauty, the artistic flare. There’s nothing wrong with using the same style if it works so well.

      agree 100% with fanny, with the disclaimer that it is a very beautiful editorial, but yes, it’s time to give some new talent a turn.  and as far as not fixing something that isn’t broke goes, that philosophy is good for a manufacturing business, but a ridiculous notion in any creative field. creativity is about new and different, not repetition of what is popular

    Lori’s styling is superb but the rest is only firing on a couple of cylinders, Paolo looks tired and Jac especially is barely present

    Now this is high fashion modeling! It takes something like Italian Vogue to bring out the “modeling talent” in these girls that regular editorials don’t ask for
