Models First – Known as the Oscars of fashion, the 2012 Met Gala red carpet featured its fair share of celebrities and fashion personalities but we were more focused on the models wearing amazing designer frocks.     Liu Wen and Chanel Iman were the bombs. The others are alright but not exactly memorable and although she’s not mentioned my favourite dress would always be the customize Givenchy wore by Rooney Mara.

    rosie: stunning dress, stam: great dress but hair was yuck, cara, karlie, and jourdan were okay, arizona looked cute, coco and chanel iman’s hair were disastroussssssss! best dressed has got to be anja, simple yet elegant and she didnt overdone her hair and makeup, and gisele was fab also

    I almost completely agree with Ayda’s comment. I think Gisele looked divine and sexy, but it was really the dress that shone. Rosie also looked gorgeous. Jessica Stam’s dress, I thought made her look big in the mid-section. I wanted to like Coco Rocha’s look as I usually do but I just don’t. Anja looked nice the slit on her dress went up to the waist! ugh! Karlina would have looked better without the headdress.

    Sorry, but Anja looked like she was trying too hard here.  She lacks the curves to fill in that type of dress.  Giselle, Karolina, Natalia and Linda looked amazing.

    I thought Anja wasn’t trying too hard, her look is like in between high fashion yet relaxed. Coco however.. now THAT’S trying way too hard
