Hailey is such a ball of energy, but it looks like she was directed to be quite understated, I wonder why?

it seems like she’s this girl playing dressup making up for time waiting for someone at a hotel…. that’s just not good….. the styling is very good though… and the lighting is pretty too… but everyone is right, maybe this is not the right model for this…
