Lesson in Prep – Katie Fogarty evokes her inner prep for the April issue of Elle Russia. Captured by Tesh with styling by Hortense Manga, Katie dons a casual preppy wardrobe filled with denim and letterman jackets from the likes of Isabel Marant, Tommy Hilfiger, Paul & Joe and others.

    the face is pretty and the styling (with a few mis-steps) is cool, but I have to force myself to notice because the bad hairstyle is ruining everything. a shame.
