Katy Perry is known for changing up her look. Last year, she rocked a green hairstyle and in the past has taken on pink hair, blue and just about every color of the rainbow. For the upcoming issue of Wonderland, the magazine posted a teaser of Katy on social media where she rocks a short hairstyle in a platinum blonde shade while wearing a Fendi feather-embellished dress.
