a. of all shooting motorcycle themed editorials isnt anything new, just because the story was shot in a woodsy area doesnt mean the photographer was copying Sorrenti. To ‘blantantly’ copy Whoelse the photographer would have used only two models. B. of all, if you did a little background research instead of just freaking out, you would have found out that this editorial was taken during the Comune (a clothing brand) motorcycle ride up to Santa Barbara to camp out with all their friends over a weekend. This editorial wasn’t staged. IT WAS REAL LIFE. There just happened to be two gorgeous models involved. Jason wouldn’t copy, he doesn’t need to. So simmer down.

There are always going to be haters hating and talkers talking, I’m sure editorials have never inspired other editorials.

I didn’t know Mario Sorrenti was the first photographer in history to shoot a motorcycle story on the road. The concept isn’t new, and Sorrenti wasn’t the first photographer to shoot a motorcycle story. I wouldn’t call Jason a B-rate photographer. That’s quite harsh and unfair. Some of you are fairly clueless about how the fashion hierarchy operates. Jason is an up and coming photographer. He doesn’t yet have a name like Vogue behind him, so for him to pull this off (which I’m assuming he did without much of a budget, if anything at all), it’s pretty cool. There was obviously a lot of effort put in this, and a number of my friends were involved in the shoot, from the two models to one of the stylists. So if you’re going to critique, at least add something constructive and helpful.
