Feminine frills and daintiness take over the runway for Mulberry’s spring 2011 collection. Playing with proportion, silhouettes ranged from tapered jumpsuits to voluminous skirts. Designer Emma Hill said she was inspired by children’s book The Secret Garden and film Grey Gardens. Complete with dogs, flowers and false backgrounds, the inspiratian was evident from the runway to the whimsical collection.
