Wow photoshop CS4 took an ordinarily boring studio shoot and made it…. an ordinary boring studio shoot with blurs and ghosts…
She is pretty though, but Patrick needs to retire.

Natalia ia always naturally beautiful but I don't at all like the 'superhero' blur effect as if she was zooming about at the speed of light! Soft and pretty would have been just fine.

I like the blur. Makes everything look even more airy, otherwise it would look unfittingly sharp.

This editorial is absolute perfection. Natalia is indeed a dream girl, I like the blurry effects and the styling is great. Demarchelier does a great job here with Natalia.

telling people not to post negative stuff on the net is like telling kids not to fight on the playground or adults not to start wars. don't want negative…then shut comments off. but frankly, most of the commenters on this site seem of such questionable taste that if I was a photographer or stylist I might sleep more soundly at night knowing they don't like my work.
Nowhere in the post does it say you can not leave negative comments. You just can not leave rude comments. There is a difference between critiquing a work and just simply saying, "I hate this."
well, I'll reword that then, asking people not to be "rude" on the internet is like asking…so on and so forth.
w/ anonymity came shamelessness. it's depressing as hell, but it doesn't reveal anything we didn't already know about people.

This set is better than the set by Peter Leinberger. Patrick made Natalia's eyes talk. Regarding the negative comments to the posts, I think Coco Rocha's words best address this issue. "If you can't take criticism, you should not be in this industry, because you are not going to be perfect to everyone." "Boring" is just a way to say " i don't like this" or "this is not my cup of tea." This is not personal attack but just a subjective comment. If I was a photographer, I would think the people giving native comments at least spend time looking at my work.
The point is that a post does not need to be cluttered with "boring, uninspired…" It's been said time and time again and is only repetitive at this point.

I really hate saying this because Natalia Vodianova is my favorite model and I've NEVER seen an uninspiring shoot with her, but her facial expression (although quite lovely) is the same on all these photos. 🙁
