Hakaan’s Leggy Spring – Hakaan Yildirim’s eponymous label, Hakaan, fully embraced a show of skin for the spring 2012 season. Form-fitting silhouettes, sheer tops and high hemlines screamed sex on the runway with a powerful feminine undertone. Using a strict color palette of black and white with hints of silvery and gold hues, the Hakaan woman sported disheveled locks and nude lipstick for the new season.

Dreamy & Dark at Haider Ackermann – For spring 2012, Haider Ackermann once again presented a well-crafted collection with androgynous suiting and airy silk drapes which defined the Ackermann woman for the new season. A moody palette was lightened up with jewel tones of sapphire, emerald and amethyst in loose-fitting shapes that were modern and far from dowdy. For the finale, Ackermann added some silvery tones with plunging necklines that impressed.
