Dance Étoile – The Lights, Camera, Action issue of i-D features a dramatic and beautifully photographed editorial of Malgosia Bela as a dancer. Photographer Greg Kadel captures the model in action as she dissolves into rapturous movements, wearing pieces from Louis Vuitton, Alexander McQueen and Balenciaga selected by stylist Havana Laffitte. Performing Arts – Malgosia Bela channels her inner dancer for Greg Kadel’s stage-set images featured in the summer issue of i-D. This also marks Kadel’s first story for the British publication. Malgosia tells a story with her movements as she steps into the spotlight wearing standout designs from the likes of Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Jil Sander and Louis Vuitton selected by stylist Havana Laffitte. Pop – Abbey Lee Kershaw reunites with Greg Kadel for a fashion story with a pop art twist for the May issue of Numéro. With illustrations by Mel Kadel, Abbey Lee sports the patterned pieces of Salvatore Ferragamo, Stella McCartney, Giorgio Armani, Isabel Marant and others selected by fashion editor Samuel François in the black and white images. Styled by Nicola Knels, the trio dons designs from the likes of Dior, Versace and Valentino Haute Couture in the striking studio images. Color Fantastic – Greg Kadel captures Constance Jablonski in bold spring prints and patterns for a high gloss shoot featured in Numéro #132. Set against various backdrops, stylist Bill Mullen selects colorful looks from Roberto Cavalli, Salvatore Ferragamo, Chanel and many more with a lingerie twist. A slicked back coif by Raymond McLaren and nontraditional lipstick choices by Francelle Daly-Poiblanc complete the flamboyant outfits.
