Super Natural – Photographer Yelena Yemchuk and fashion editor Karen Langley team up for a tribal inspired story featured in the January issue of Dazed & Confused. Starring Julia Frauche, the images play with textures and patterns featuring the designs of Kenzo, Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent and Iceberg amongst others. Grey Movie – Cinematic is a phrase we use a few times when describing editorials, but Yelena Yemchuk’s latest contribution to Grey Magazine takes the proverbial cake looking like stills from a film. Through Yemchuk’s lens, Hannelore Knuts lounges, shimmy and shakes in set designer Louis Asaro’s surreal set-up. Styled by Valentina Ilardi-Martin, Hannelore dons a retro wardrobe complete with ensembles from labels such as Yves Saint Laurent, Phillip Lim and Azzedine Alaïa.
