It seems like French Vogue‘s September issue is all about playing dress up. From Lara Stone’s brunette transformation to Raquel Zimmermann’s Deborah Harry impersonation, there are surprises around every corner. In a tribute to Liza Minnelli, or better yet, in a tribute to a role which Liza played (Lucille Austero from the television show Arrested Development)–editor-in-chief Carine Roitfeld impresses yet again with “Put On A Happy Face”. The lengthy layout stars Sasha Pivovarova and was shot by the legendary Bruce Weber.
