Lauren’s Roaring Twenties – Ralph Lauren’s spring 2012 collection was inspired by 1920s, Great Gatsby silhouettes. From turn of the century pant suits to flapper dresses, the Lauren woman is a glamorous dresser for the new season. Embracing pastel hues, heavenly ivory and showy metallic, spring celebrates all things soft and feminine with floral prints, satin and feathered accessories.
So 90’s in the worst way.
For the most part this stuff is dated and unflattering.
ditto!
Agreed! I can’t believe that happened… and I can’t imagine any of this in editorials. Just, wow.

I love it, I think it’s very 1920s, I think it’s amazing and I would love to have the clothes.
not digging the hats and the suits, but i have to say i’m rather fond of the dresses, especially the knee-length ones. they’re very gatsby and i love it.
OMG.. i thought everything’s BAD after seeing the first page …BUT the long gowns are GORGEOUS!!!!
The only good about this collection is the colors.
So disappointed; Ralph Lauren is usually one of my favorite collections and this is just lackluster. Some of the gowns are gorgeous, but that’s about it
Pastel Puke. Yuck!

Golden Girls
Good god it’s horrible. It’s like 90’s Barbie does the 20’s, in the most cliché way ever
I love all of it.
Really nice. As a women under 5 foot I do not think I could wear any of these clothes. I do see a lot to like. Very female and flowing.
