Versace First – Versace starts off the fall campaign season with a bang, showcasing a gothic chic series of advertisements starring Dutch new face Elza Luijendijk who enters the ranks of previous faces including Gisele Bundchen, Abbey Lee Kershaw and Saskia de Brauw. Once again lensed by photography duo Mert & Marcus, the Italian fashion house chooses male models Philipp Schmidt, Dmitriy Tanner and Kacey Carrig (unpictured) for its menswear campaign. Joe McKenna styled Elza while David Bradshaw outfitted the men in London. The gothic theme works well with the autumn’s collection religious iconography and dark color palette. (WWD & RCFA)

Power of Dress – Ava Smith models the new fall collection from fast fashion retailer H&M. The autumn outing is very fashion forward featuring a mix of sculpted shoulders, sequined patterns, abstract prints and sporty caps. A dark palette of plum, inky black, ash grey, mustard and navy sets the tone for the season.

Club Monaco’s Easy Fall – Embracing an easy California style, the fall 2012 collection from Club Monaco offers a wardrobe of autumn staples with a sharply tailored twist. Models Nicola Haffmans and Suzanne Diaz wear an outing of neutrals accented by Kelly green, pale blue and red hues. Plaid blazers, military-inspired parkas, mid-length skirts and argyle accessories also dominate the new season. City Denim – For fall 2012, designers Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen found inspiration in the New York City life for Elizabeth and James’ denim line Textile. Bambi Northwood-Blyth models the collection of urban style pieces made in a variety of washes and styles matched with simple tees and knits styled by Catherine Newell-Hanson.
