Lindsey in Town – A smiling Lindsey Wixson gets tapped as the cover girl of Oyster Magazine’s October-November issue photographed by Will Davidson. With creative direction and styling by Stevie Dance, Lindsey visits Tennessee in colorful prints and bold texture from the fall collections of Dries von Noten, Rodarte, Prada and others. Carefree locks and seductive eyes by beauty artist Christian McCulloch fit Lindsey’s bubbly personality perfectly.

Dance’s work for Russh #37, photo by Benny Horne
New York based stylist Stevie Dance first got her start as an intern for Australian publication RUSSH. Soon after that, she moved up the ranks to become fashion editor of the magazine. This summer Dance wrapped her last issue as editor and although her unique and evocative style will be missed at the publication, Dance shows no sign of slowing down as a stylist or creative consultant. Recently, FGR got a chance to ask her a few questions about her personal style, hobbies, music tastes and much more.
For my work and for me, it’s about what I love. From a Lisa Bonet hair-do when I used to be a nut for The Cosby Show, to some t-shirt Courtney Love wore to memories from growing up in Connecticut and on the beach in Australia.

With creative direction by Stevie Dance, Jade plays tough and cool in masculine kilts, using a vintage flag as an accessory. The delicious wardrobe includes garments by Missoni, Karen Walker, Pringle, Sonia Rykiel, Diesel, Altuzarra, Ohne Titel, Bernhard Willhelm, Daniel Lee and Acne.

The Beat of Fashion – Aymeline Valade takes to the streets and roadways of New York City for Russh’s latest cover shoot lensed by Will Davidson. Marking Stevie Dance’s last issue as Russh fashion editor, the jovial story is lighthearted and whimsical with jazz inspired selects showcasing Dance’s one of a kind aesthetic. Featuring designs from the likes of Burberry Prorsum, Dolce & Gabbana, Alexander Wang and Michael Kors; Aymeline continues to dominate the editorial scene with this energetic shoot.

King’s Landing – With a stellar performance at the fall 2011 shows and an upcoming appearance in a Dolce & Gabbana campaign, Kate King takes to the pages of Russh as the fresh face of now. Photographed by Benny Horne with creative direction by Stevie Dance, Kate dons contemporary denim mash-ups featuring the work of Yohji Yamamot, Levi’s and Ksubi.
