The fusion of high fashion with a grungy edge always seems to be a prevalent theme in fashion editorials. The latest magazine to fall under its influence is December’s Vogue Korea. Starring cover girl Karlie Kloss, “Trash Couture”, pits the stunning pieces of Christian Dior, Valentino and Jean Paul Gaultier against a drab and disarrayed background. With an arsenal full of creativity, photographer Rafael Stahelin and stylist Ye Young Kim manage to give this old theme a new spin.
