Inspired by young love, Vera Wang Bridal’s fall 2017 collection presents romantic shapes with edge. From slim and sleek silhouettes to dramatic ballgowns, the Vera Wang bride has quite a number of options. The new season focuses on traditional touches such as corsets and draped fabrics. To contrast the button-up accents are sheer layers of macrame lace and tulle. Necklines variate from off-the-shoulder styles to plunging v-necks. Sleeves are overly long on many dresses for dramatic effect. Compared to past bridal seasons, Wang took a more traditional route with a white and ivory color palette.
