Lara Stone by Inez van Lamsweerde & Vinoodh Matadin for Vogue Paris August 2011
She looks so different now. I quite like it.
can’t wait to see the rest of the spread.
Simple, stylish, a little retro. I like it, even though I didn’t really recognize Lara at first.
She does always deliver but I am bored with her one note same cold aura.
Emmanuelle Alt has done an incredible job taking over where Carine left off, each issue since has been unbelievably gorgeous. I wish the American mags would take note and inject some artistry into their mostly generic productions. I’d love to see more models on covers like this… Lara looks really beautiful here.
Agree. I think Alt has taken Paris Vogue from kind of trashy/vulgar to sexy and wearable (which she said was her aim)
So pleased to see a car being used in a cover background again! Some of my fave 1980′s/90′s Uk VOGUE covers are with a car like the one with Linda’s yellow taxi, Seymour’s car where she leans on, Kate Moss’s in a car for Harper’s& Queen and more….This is so retro and lush, I just wish I was at that location in her car too!
First Vogue France cover I actually LOVE, Lara is killing it!
Lots of love from the Netherlands.
It’s as if Helmut Newton took this sexy shot on the set of a James Bond movie
Wow she looks really curvaceous – great photography!
I got my hands on this beauty – love it!
