Ports 1961 celebrates its 60th anniversary this year, and for its fall-winter 2021 campaign delivers classic imagery photographed by Steven Meisel. The renowned lensman captures a cast including Lexi Boling, Achenrin Madit, and Alyda Grace in a series of black and white portraits.
A graphic collection designed by artistic director Karl Templer focuses on cocoon-shaped coats, textured sweaters, and blocked heels inspired by early 2000s styles. Fabien Baron works on art direction for the shoot with hair by Guido Palau and makeup by Pat McGrath.

“There is an overall emotional quality to the collection which can be felt in the campaign images – one of ease, a clear longing for human connection through touch, a desire to free the body completely from any constraints. The images combine a sense of strength and power with one of protectiveness and embrace,” Ports 1961 states.
