Louis Vuitton unveils its very first High Jewelry campaign featuring brand ambassador Alicia Vikander. A collection titled Bravery pays tribute to the house’s signature and marks the founder’s 200th birthday. Photographed by Steven Meisel and styled by Carine Roitfeld, Alicia wears the Le Mythe necklace with a strapless top and jacket draped over her shoulders.
The piece is described as: “Reflecting Louis’ early use of his personal signature, Le Mythe is a multi-layered piece of jewelry combining several emblematic Louis Vuitton motifs: the Damier pattern, trunk lock-inspired details, studs, rope, and the now-iconic Monogram flower.”

The artistic director of Louis Vuitton Watches and Jewelry, Francesca Amfitheatrof, creates luxury designs that include diamonds, opals, emeralds, sapphires, and rubies. In addition to imagery, Alicia also appears in a short film where she runs through a garden to enter a Louis Vuitton storefront. The commercial is set to the dramatic tunes of ‘Outro’ by M83.
