Cate Blanchett, Academy Award-winner, is featured in a campaign for the Louis Vuitton Spirit High Jewelry collection. The star was recently named the fashion house’s new ambassador. Photographed by Sølve Sundsbø and with art direction by Fabien Baron, the blonde beauty appears in portrait shots.
In one photograph, the actress can be seen wearing a magnificent necklace adorned with emeralds and sapphires. In the other picture, Cate Blanchett is seen posing with a necklace that features rubies arranged in an intricate geometric pattern. Carine Roitfeld did the styling for the shoot, and she kept the clothing minimal so that the focus could be on the jewelry.

Francesca Amfitheatrof, the artistic director of Louis Vuitton watches and jewelry, is responsible for the collection, which features 125 pieces influenced by mythical creatures. There are five themes in the Spirit line– Grace, Fantasy, Radiance, Liberty, and Destiny.
