Cara on Top – Cara Delevingne’s star continues to rise as she appears on the September 2013 edition of W Magazine. The American glossy dubs the British model a “style rebel” in its new issue. On the cover Cara wears a Marc Jacobs top and skirt photographed by Mert & Marcus. “I want to make music, I want to act, I want to sing,” Cara tells the magazine about her aspirations.
