Pilotto’s Structured Spring – Fresh off the news of Target’s collaboration with the brand, the spring 2014 collection from Peter Pilotto makes a splash with its variegated colors and sculptural shapes. We can certainly expect to see these qualities in design team Peter Pilotto and Christopher De Vos’ upcoming spring line for the retail giant. But back to the collection shown during London Fashion Week–the outing plays a lot on shape with the addition of boxy and boyish shirts and cropped jackets. Many of the looks have crinoline under skirts while others are softened by dramatic pleats.
