Snake Charmers – For Rupert Sanderson’s spring-summer 2014 campaign, the shoe designer finds his inspiration in snakes. Pairing heel styles with slithering companions, the new advertisements showcase a dangerous side to shoes. Eddie Wrey photographed the shoot while Tamara Rothstein worked on styling. “Snakes are very sensuous and there is a great association between fashion and reptiles. The exotic nature of the serpent combined with the sculptural quality of the marble setting has delivered us an immensely luxurious campaign,” says Rupert Sanderson about the new ads.
