Dior Cruise 2015–After announcing that the Dior Cruise 2015 show would take place in Brooklyn, New York, the new collection from the French fashion house has been highly anticipated. Designer Raf Simons brought a relaxed vibe (perhaps inspired by the location?) to the transitional season with an outing of fluid and modern silhouettes while still maintaining a ladylike aesthetic. Most of the collection played off the riff of a colorful print scarf inspired by the label’s archives with the motif used in everything from sleeveless tops to wraparound skirts and bracelets. The Dior woman paired her billowing silhouette with an ankle boot sandal featuring an open toe as well as a lace-up front.
