Joni Mitchell is back in the spotlight once again for the latest cover story from New York Magazine. Mitchell was recently featured in Saint Laurent’s Music Project where she posed for creative director Hedi Slimane. In New York Magazine, Joni stars in portraits captured by Norman Jean Roy.
About her career, Joni tells her interviewer Carl Swanson, “All my battles were with male egos,” she says. “I’m just looking for equality, not to dominate. But I want to be able to control my vision. There are those moments when I wax feminine and I get walked on.” Check out more of the interview on The Cut.
