Weeks after announcing a surprise made-to-measure collection called, Calvin Klein By Appointment, the brand unveils a new campaign. Chief Creative Officer Raf Simons puts his stamp on the American brand by not only changing the logo but also going into an artistic direction. Shot on location at the Andy Warhol Museum by Willy Vanderperre, denim and underwear take the spotlight.
Work from the likes of Andy Warhol and Richard Prince stand out in the advertisements. Stylist Olivier Rizzo also worked on the shoot. âLooks were specifically chosen from the Calvin Klein archive for the campaign; itâs both a recognition of design firsts and the photographic history of the brand that made these garments famous,â says Calvin Klein creative director Pieter Mulier.
