Vera Wang layered heavy jackets with airy pleated chiffon dresses for her fall 2011 showing. Featuring a color scheme of mostly muted neutral hues, the sheer theme repeated itself throughout the entire presentation with experimentation being found in length and proportion. There was also a certain rock and roll undertone to the show as the models donned leather gloves and boots, bringing an undeniable edge to the feminine garments.
Quite different from last few collections, and im glad to see the Snookie poof gone.
I dont get the feathered shoulders. If thats a new trend, I honestly hope it does NOT catch on…

omg,are you pretty sure this is from Vera Wang?i’m so surprise lol
but its pretty anyway, she is full of good taste
i guess im the only one, but im not just disappointed in all the collections (i seriously haven’t found any i would like), but the models are getting more ugly!!!
I prefer more feminine collections and prettier models ! But there where some designs I liked… for example, the combination of silk skirt with wool sweater!!!

The models aren’t ugly.
Sometimes the make-up/hair/lighting is used more to convey a mood or feeling and not to make them look pretty.
Can’t say I like the make-up here, but it’s certainly not the model’s fault.
