Hilfiger’s Sunny Spring – Designer Tommy Hilfiger brought his American sportswear under a sixties, pop art influence for his spring 2012 collection presented during New York Fashion Week yesterday. Pairing neutral hues with pops of red, yellow and purple, the pieces ranged from bold blazers to billowing kaftans to camouflage printed swimwear. Sleek hair, sunny cheeks and block heels updated the Hilfiger look for the new season.
Ouch! It really hurts to look at those checkered prints at the beginning. And what is with that completely shapeless & baggy coat on look 3?
P.S. I do like some of the shoes though! And this is a very springy collection with all the bright colors.
