adidas joins forces with Finnish fashion house Marimekko for its first sports apparel collaboration. This collection includes designs that focus on athletic designs ranging from swimming to cycling to hiking and running. As part of sustainable practices, it uses PRIMEBLUE and PRIMEGREEN recycled yarns.
Its collection showcases Marimekko’s signature prints. The first is the Laine (wave) print from 1965 in addition to the Räsymatto (rag rug) print from 2009. Designs come in monochrome black versions as well as red. Choose from swimsuits, shorts, joggers, jackets, sneakers, and bags.
