Alexander McQueen Resort 2015–While the fall runway show featured a dark fairy tale, the resort 2015 collection from Alexander McQueen embraced a lighter vision fit for the daytime. Sarah Burton showed off graphic prints and lines for a modern take on sixties fashion trends including A-line skirts, tailored jackets in leather as well as cropped pants. The McQueen woman also wore fur bomber jackets, checkered fabrics and gowns embroidered with 3-D flowers. Although the pieces are more suitable for daytime, it does not mean casual. The sharp tailoring and cinched waists create an elegant effect, showing that resort can go almost anywhere.
