Wang’s Sporty Spring – Alexander Wang brought the race track to the runway today with his spring 2012 collection presented during New York Fashion Week. Models strutted down the runway with pockets made of netting, aerodynamic stripes and road sign shaped patterns. Accessories included backpacks, motorcycle helmets and hole strewn head scarves. Adding to masculine influences such as perforated jerseys, Wang delivered a light touch with tropical flower prints in grungy hues of blue and gray.
wow i love this collection he seems to be using more and more colour every season.

ouch…I like most of the shoes and bags…but as for the clothes hmm the collection just must grow on me I think. I only like the 6th look so far.
I’m, to say the least, not inspired in any way.
awesome surfer girl vibe in the beginning translating into some kind of rocker towards the end

The hawaiian print is just tacky.
Total travesty! And what’s with all the dark colors & textures for a *spring* collection?!
