Kicking off Paris Haute Couture Week, Donatella Versace brought sporty vibes to Atelier Versace’s spring 2016 runway show. Despite an opening of boxy bombers and suit jackets, Versace did not ditch the body-con silhouettes so commonly associated with the brand. Gowns with cut-out details and asymmetrical slashes showed plenty of skin while cropped vests and sweaters gave an athleisure take to couture. An all-star cast including Irina Shayk, Lara Stone, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and spring’s campaign star—Gigi Hadid—hit the catwalk with pure feminine energy.
