A recent glitch on Balenciaga’s website allowed customers to get bags for under $200. For reference, these bags are normally priced at between $1,465 to $1,635. Of course, once word got around on social media, many started to snatch up the steeply discounted bags. Balenciaga quickly noticed the glitch and have since now canceled the orders, making some customers angry. As of 2:30 PM ET time, Balenciaga’s site is down and the brand has yet to release a statement.

This begs the question: should a brand honor discount pricing if they have a glitch such as Balenciaga, or should customers not take advantage of such mistakes?
