There is a certain charm about Balenciaga’s pre-fall 2011 collection which serves as the luxe successor to the spring 2011 show. Somewhat tough with structured silhouettes and tough plaid; any harshness is offset by luxurious jewel tones and furs accented by a wallpaper-esque backdrop.

For some of it I’m like “wtf” (e.g. the dog sweater…) and some of it I really like.

I love the dress on Mirte Maas. The rest of the collection, however, looks sloppy and forgettable ( juste mon opinion).
Also, is it me or is Balenciaga drawing more attention for its choice of models than for the actual clothes as of late (style.com review)?
i like some of the outfits, but i definetely didn’t fall in love with the collection
