Loving the Bally collection….not so much the model, she needs to change her face more in every shot. It was literally eyes wide open and mouth parted in each and every shot!

You know that the models get direction, right? If what Bally was going for was varied expressions, they obviously wouldn’t have used these shots. Don’t blame the model for what could quite possibly be exactly what Bally wanted in their campaign.

I was so doubtful of this at first, but now, since looking at the campaign as a whole, it’s actually impressive.

I love this new Bally stuff! Classic minimalism, wonderful color-blocking, I just love it. Constance models it perfectly! Her legs and skin are marvelous!
i really like the new direction, only thing is that the skin is way too over retouched…
hmmm. The skin looks very good to me and not too much retouching. Skin looks beautiful but real!
Great campaign! Unlike so many others this season, it actually makes me want to buy the clothes and accessories in the ad. Which, at the end of the day, is the point of a campaign: it’s advertising, not an art project. Too many houses forget this.
Exactly. One of my greatest pet peeves with campaigns is when the clothes don’t have the spot light.
Well said. New Jil Sander might look peculiar and strange, but clothing wise, its nothing but curtains and drapes when you look at it.
