For Burberry Prorsum’s resort 2016 collection, chief creative officer Christopher Bailey looked to structured silhouettes with evening wear touches. Burberry’s signature trenches were cinched at the waist with A-line shapes while a focuses on dresses included patchwork lace, embroidered cotton and macrame gold. Sheer paneling brought some sex appeal to the elegant wardrobe which boasts of bucket bags and backpacks in calfskin, suede and alligator.
