American Splendor – Reuniting once again, model Candice Swanepoel poses for Terry Richardson in the August issue of Harper’s Bazaar US. Shot on location at the Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park in Utah, Candice channels her inner cowgirl in stylish autumn looks from labels such as Saint Laurent, Prada and Nina Ricci selected by fashion editor Andrew Richardson. Glam curls and smokey eyes bring a seductive contrast to the outdoor setting.
Candice looks beautiful but not sure about the creative? That gingham coat/dress looks incredibly out of place! xx

To be fair, I suspect that’s part of the concept. Almost like a socialite taking selfies in the desert of Abu Dhabi, her big ass Louis Vuitton bag blocking the spectacular view. If not, it’s an absolute fail.
Yeah, that Prada gingham coat. The Vogue Japan August 2013 editorial got is SO right, and everyone else so wrong. Even Prada itself didn’t do such a great job with it.
Cadence is gorgeous but photos are awful! I guess that’s what you get from Terry Richardson… Hire a goddam real Fashion Photographers not a one trick pony.
He is only comfortable with half naked woman. He has no clue how to shoot clothing or anything. No compsition, no good lighting and no concept.
The Sophia Coppola ones in the same issues are even worse. I just don’t get it.
Half Naked? That’s a lot of clothes for a Terry Richardson photo shoot.
