Chloé debuts its fall-winter 2023 campaign like a Grecian tapestry woven against the stark backdrop of Sarakiniko in Milos, Greece. There, models Raquel Zimmermann and Devyn Garcia pose for the lens of photographer Zoe Ghertner.
Chloe Fall/Winter 2023 Campaign
Taking its inspiration from 17th-century painter Artemisia Gentileschi, the Chloé fall 2023 collection is a tribute to romantic fortitude. With creative direction by Gabriela Hearst, the line-up includes long maxi dresses, smocked lace creations, and an array of Penelope styles from the handbag brand made with different silhouettes.
The aesthetic channels both romance and ease. Stylist Camilla Nickerson complements the clothes with oversized sunglasses and almost nothing else. The focus is purely on the clothes. You’ll notice the color palette dives into a pool of soft cream and classic black, conjuring an aura of timeless elegance.
Outerwear pieces such as a shearling patchwork coat and a ruched puffer coat boldly make their appearance, defying the stereotype of drab winter attire. This fall offering comes on the heels of Chloé’s collaboration with Eres on a swim collection and its spring 2023 campaign starring Gigi Hadid. The continuity is palpable, yet each chapter stands alone.
To cap it off, the hair and makeup tell their own story, courtesy of stylist Tamara Mcnaughton and makeup artist Far Homidi. Soft waves ripple through the hair, and the makeup wears a natural veil.
