Burberry Delivers Contrast for Fall 2019

Joanna Elizabeth / Published February 18, 2019

For his second runway show, Riccardo Tisci showed off two sides of the Burberry woman for the brand’s fall-winter 2019 collection. Presented during London Fashion Week, the new season is a story of contrasts. Tisci begins the fall with sporty inspired styles for streetwear looks. Moto jackets, open shoulders and short dresses bring a youthful vibe. The second half of fall focuses on more ladylike designs including plenty of neutral beige and camel hues. Tailored coats pair with mid-length skirts while strappy heels and gloves deliver retro inspired appeal.
