Karl Lagerfeld delivered another powerhouse collection for Chanel’s spring-summer 2018 show presented during the final day of Paris Fashion Week. Inspired by 1920s silhouettes, the German designer focused on fringed tweed jackets, tunics and skirts. Cropped tops also made an appearance alongside the classic Chanel suit. Clear PVC jackets, boots, gloves and boater hats stood out against the backdrop of a magnificent waterfall.
Boxy jackets, fuzzy sweaters and embroidered light-wash denim also dominated the runway. Top models like Kaia Gerber, Taylor Hill and Stella Maxwell were part of the show’s large cast. For evening wear, white dresses made of sheer fabrics and glittering embellishments closed the show on an ethereal note.
